As Part of Fitness Initiatives Under the United Nations Sustainability Development Goals (Goal 3-good Health and Well-being), St.Joseph's College (Autonomous), Irinjalakuda, Kerala, India, Organized a Mega Aerobics Dance on 28th November 2024, 2000 Plus Students, Teachers, and Non-teaching Staff of the College Were Taken Part Together for This Performance. The Event Was to Highlight the Message That Exercise is the Remedy to Ensure Healthy Lives and Promote Well-being for All at All Ages.
